Barbera Alba doc Enzo Boglietti 2023. Alcohol content 14.5% vol. Entirely made from Barbera grapes. It ages for 9 months in steel vats and barriques. The colour is ruby/purplish red, compact and deep. Fresh aroma of red fruit, pomegranate, blackberry, blueberry, wild herbs and light liquorice. On the palate it is lively and slim-bodied, with the right acidity and sweet tannins. Juicy, savoury and balanced; long fruity finish. Let's match it with polenta with porcini mushrooms or grilled sausages.

Barbaresco Selezione Morra Toso 2009. Alcohol content 14%.Made 100% from Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is aged in oak and chestnut casks for at least 26 months and in bottle for about a year. Fairly deep garnet red colour, with light and brilliant orange nuances. Characteristic scent of wilted flowers and ripe fruit, with a slight spice and balsamicity. Round, warm, fairly soft, dry taste. Its finish is not very long, but rewarding. Serve with red meat, stuffed pigeons in barbaresco sauce, mature cheese.

Barbaresco Riserva Marchesi di Barolo 2015

Barbaresco Vintage Marchesi di Barolo 2019. Alcohol degree 14%. 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is aged in small French oak barrels for one year, in large barrels for one year and in the bottle for another 12 months. Transparent, garnet red colour. Intense and persistent fruity aroma (blackberries, plums, raspberries), flowers (violet, rose), spices (pepper, licorice) and light aromatic herbs. Barbaresco Gaja 1996. Alcohol content 13.5% vol. 100% from Nebbiolo grapes. Matured in casks for 18/20 months and aged in bottle for about 24 months. The colour is garnet red with some orange hints and good density. On the nose it is intriguing with hints of cherries in alcohol, berries, dried flowers, truffles, earth, minerals and sweet spices.
